TBG Specialist was founded in September 2000 as a "turn around company" to assist Rural Hospitals with improvement of operations and cash management.  We specialize in assisting hospitals in bankruptcy or in financial hardship. In 2001, we expanded our focus to include other Healthcare related entities.  Our professional team has an average over 20 years of experience in Healthcare Industry.
